Statement from NDP Leader Liz Hanson on Deaths in Porter Creek Home
WHITEHORSE - NDP leader Liz Hanson issued the following statement yesterday on the recent death of a Whitehorse family and their boarder in their Porter Creek home:
“On behalf of the Yukon New Democrats, I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the friends and relatives of the Whitehorse family and their boarder recently found deceased in their Porter Creek home.
The loss of five lives, including two school-aged children, makes this incident especially heartbreaking. Our sympathies go out to everyone touched by this sad event.”
